Add guest contacts when creating an RFx event

In March, we introduced a beta feature allowing you to invite guest contacts to respond to an RFQ, from an Open RFQ. This gives you the flexibility to invite your contacts at your vendors outside of Felix’s existing contact list, so you can expedite access and responses to your sourcing event. 

Building on this release, you can now invite a guest contact during the creation of an RFx event – not just from an Open RFQ. This removes the additional friction of waiting for the RFx to be sent before adding your contacts.

SMS-enabled MFA for Canadian mobile phone numbers  

Available for: Canadian users

SMS-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available for Canadian mobile numbers – a highly requested feature from our Canadian customers. 

Previously, Canadian users could only use an authenticator app as a form of MFA for added security. With this update, users receive verification codes via text message on your Canadian mobile, making it more convenient and easier to protect their Felix accounts.

More flexibility in your contract workflows

Managing contracts rarely follows a straight line – documents get drafted, revised, and replaced. We’ve added functionality to our Contracts module to match how teams work:

• Create a contract record while the contract status is still pending: You can now to create and save a contract record while the contract status is pending, even if the contract document isn’t ready yet.
• Replace contract documents with an audit trail: If you need to swap in a revised or updated document, you can now replace the contract with traceability of earlier versions.

Enhancements to the Contracts Report Listing Export

Available for: Contracts

We’ve expanded the Contracts Report Listing Export (CSV) to give you more data through the addition of four new columns:    

• Contract owner
• Vendor contact information
• Form of Security
• Security %

No action is required – the next time you download the Contracts Report Listing Export, these columns will appear automatically.
