Configure payment details per panel

If you use Bank Details, you can now configure payment detail requirements at the panel level, rather than across the entire organisation. This gives you more control over which panels require payment details and which ones don’t, so only the right vendors are asked for the right information. 
 
What's new 

• Per-panel configuration: Choose which panels require payment details and which don't, directly from Panel settings. You can select between payment details being Off, Optional or Mandatory. 
• Staged onboarding & EOI support: Panels used for Expressions of Interest or staged onboarding can now operate without requiring payment details upfront.  
• Internally Managed Profiles support: The same configuration applies to Internally Managed Profiles where you can set new Internally Managed Profile panels with or without payment detail requirements. 

If you’re already using payment details, you’re existing configuration has been automatically carried over, for example: 

• If payment details were required → all panels are now set to required 
• If payment details were optional → all panels are now set to optional 

If you would like to adjust this per panel, you can do so anytime in Panel Settings.

Give immediate RFQ access to your desired vendor contact (Beta release)

Available for: Sourcing (RFQ and RFx)

Many sourcing events are time sensitive, either for estimating or project delivery timelines. Ensuring responsiveness to RFQs from vendors is critical. 

You typically know who you want to deal with at a vendor - the person that is waiting for your RFQ. Until now, you had to rely upon vendor account users being responsive to get your contact into Felix to respond to your RFQ. 

Felix now lets you send an RFQ to a new contact directly from an Open RFQ, keeping your sourcing events moving without delay. This contact does not require a password or permission to access Felix, they can see and respond to your RFQ immediately with a simple link in an email. 

We are calling this feature “Guest access”. If you are interested in trying out this feature during the Beta release phase, please reach out to your Felix Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
