Be notified of when vendor payment details are approved or declined

Available for: Vendor Management 

Felix now sends email notifications when payment details for a vendor has been approved or declined.

This allows you to keep on top of this outcome without having to log into Felix, and easily recognise when a vendor’s payment details have been approved and can be used for payment. 

This feature is available for both vendor managed profiles, and Internally Managed Profiles. For vendor managed profiles, the email notification is sent to the vendor user who entered their payment details, and for Internally Managed Profiles this email notification is sent to the enterprise user who created or edited the payment details within the profile.
