Find the right vendor in the marketplace

The Felix vendor marketplace offers a powerful opportunity to connect with vendors who are already active and registered to organisations, improving response rates and time to onboard. 

When choosing from these established vendors, it’s important to find the contact to suit your business needs. Sometimes business name, ABN and key contact information isn’t enough to be sure you’re inviting the best vendor account from the marketplace, so we’ve added more detail to help you find the right vendor. 

When searching for vendors, you will see: 

• Company name and contact details, to help identify the specific division or branch you’re looking for 
• The business number for all vendors. For Australian vendors the ABN will be linked to the ABR, and a warning will show for any cancelled or unverified ABNs. 
• A summary of the vendor’s account activity to help focus on the most engaged accounts, including: 
  • Number of registrations completed: This is the number of organisations the vendor has submitted registrations to. An additional note appears if they have a recent registration in the last 1, 3 or 6 months. 
  • Number of users: The total number of users on the account will be shown, including a link to see a list of all users, email addresses and roles. This will help you find the right account if you have a specific contact in mind. 
  • RFQ activity: If the vendor hasn’t responded (quoted or declined) to any RFQs yet, an additional indicator will show “No RFQ activity” 
• If a vendor has already been invited by your organisation, you’ll see their profile in your search results and you can click through to view their profile and confirm it’s the correct account.

If your ‘search by email address’ has no result, Felix will suggest other vendors with the same email domain.
