The unique benefit of the Procurement Schedule in Felix over an Excel based scheduled is the 'LookUp' function. This function allows you to pull information from other modules within Felix and include it directly into your Procurement Schedule.

What can be included?

RFQ's/Sourcing

• Issue date (date sent from Felix)
• Close date
• Approval Instance
• RFQ Recipients
• Tags of RFQ recipients
• Count of RFQ recipients 
• Count of RFQ responses

Award

• Award Value
• Awarded Vendor
• Tags of awarded vendor
• Awarded Date

Contracts

• Contract Type
• Execution Date
• Value
• Start Date
• End Date

Before being able to add the above fields to your schedule you need to ensure you have the relevant RFQ/RFA/Contract fields included first. If you are not sure, look at your schedule and see if the RFQ/RFA/Contract numbers are showing. If not, follow the below steps

 

1. Open your schedule
2. Navigate to the Column Group where you would like your RFQ/RFA/Contract column to appear
3. Click on the + in the column group or down arrow in the column next to where you would like your RFQ/RFA/Contract column to show
4. Enter a name
5. Under Type - select either RFQ, RFA, or Contract,
6. Select a column size (we recommend Medium)
7. Click Save

How to include Look Up's in your Procurement Schedule

1. Open your schedule
2. Navigate to the Column Group where you would like your RFQ/RFA/Contract column to appear
3. Click on the + in the column group or down arrow in the column next to where you would like your lookup field to show
4. Enter a name
5. Under Type - Select Lookup
6. Under Entity Column- Select the Entity you would like to pull data from (either RFQ, RFQ, or Contract)
7. Select the Lookup field you would like to use
8. Select a size
9. Click Save
