For some clients, the information shared with vendors on RFQs is confidential or proprietary and requires an NDA before it can be disclosed.  

We’ve introduced a “click-wrap" style NDA gated access workflow that lets your organisation ask vendors to accept a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before they can view an RFQ and its documents. 

The workflow prompts vendors to review a PDF document in their browser, enter their name and position details, and acknowledge three statements before they can view the RFQ. Felix captures an evidence summary of the in-platform agreement. 

This enables a pathway to bring your NDA process into Felix, so you can: 

• Reduce the number of separate tools needed to run your end-to-end RFQ workflow. 
• See vendor NDA actions alongside project procurement, for faster visibility to next action needed on time sensitive RFQs. 
• Keep all related procurement records in one place for traceability and governance.
